Refund policy

Your legal right of withdrawal

For returns and exchanges, the buyer has 14 days after receipt of the order to retract.

Defective or damaged product

In case you receive a defective product(s), please contact us by phone at the number indicated or by email at the address indicated, we will inform you of the procedure to follow. We do not cover the shipping costs for returns. Exchanges and refunds will only be issued if the following problems are encountered:

  • Receipt of a damaged product
  • Receipt of the wrong product
  • Receipt of a defective product

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or sent after the statutory withdrawal period and without proof of purchase. No exchange will be made if the buyer has opened or damaged the product(s).

Exchange

If you are in favour of an exchange, we will return the item to you after receiving the damaged product, the completed return form and proof of purchase.

Refund

We will issue a refund to any buyer who meets the above conditions upon receipt of the product(s), the completed return form and proof of purchase. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will be notified when the refund is processed.

The amount of the refund will be the amount spent on the purchase. If the buyer has used a promotional code or purchased a discounted product(s), the amount spent will be refunded and not the original amount of the product(s) in question.

Products purchased in a shop are subject to the shop's return policy. Exchanges or refunds of products purchased in a shop cannot be made on our website.

Please download the form if you have any of the above situations. The form should be enclosed in the package. The product(s) must be carefully packed, preferably in its original packaging, so that it is best protected during transport. The product(s) must be sent to the following address:
