Art. 1 — Purpose

The purpose of these "General Terms and Conditions of Use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the sowelab.com website and its services.

This agreement is concluded between the publisher of the website, Sowé Botanique Lab, and any individual or legal entity wishing to access the website, the User.

The general terms and conditions of use must be accepted by any user wishing to access the site.

Art.2 — Services

All users of the following website: sowelab.com, have access to the following services:

- Purchase of products
- Connection to the customer account
- Consultation of blogs
- Consultation of the ingredients library
- Subscription to the newsletter
- Sign up for the French professional club
- Consultation of information related to: shipping and receiving orders,
payment, product and CBD.
- Publication of reviews of the products offered

Art.3 — Responsibility of the user

The user is solely responsible for the risks associated with the use of his login and password to his customer account. The password must not be shared, in case of disclosure, the publisher rejects any responsibility.

Any use of the service by the user resulting directly or indirectly from damage must be compensated for by the site.

The User undertakes to use language that is respectful of others and of the law and accepts that such publications may be moderated or refused by the publisher, without any obligation to justify such action.
By publishing on the sowelab.com website, the user grants a non-exclusive and free right to disseminate, modify and distribute his/her publication. The publisher undertakes to cite the member in the event of use of the publication.

The user must obtain the written consent of the site editor for any copy or publication of these contents. The site editor reserves the right to moderate or delete at any time the content posted by users, without justification.

Art.6 — Update of the general conditions of use

The sowelab.com website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of use at any time and without justification. The user must accept them in order to access the website.

However, it does not guarantee total security. The publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, even if the information published on the site is considered reliable.

Art.7 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
